How is my order shipped?

We ship domestically via USPS and UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Allow up to 36 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.

What is your exchange policy?

/NOW OR NEVER is obliged to provide an exchange or store credit for full-priced merchandise received in its original condition with the inclusion of all original tags and packaging. Based on the limited availability of our inventory and small business designation, we accept returns of full-priced merchandise exclusively for exchange or store credit. A refund will only be provided in the instance that a product is received with a manufacturer defect and a replacement is not readily available. All items are subject to inspection and must be returned in perfect, unopened and unworn condition. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your full priced [non-sale] item within seven (7) days from the date of receipt for a store credit. Your credit will be issued in the form of a one-time-use code that you may apply for an even exchange or purchase of greater value. Codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Codes are valid for one calendar year from date of return.

Shipping is non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping

PRICE MATCHING: As a small independent retailer, we are unable to offer price matching at this time. Price adjustments will not be offered.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Jewelry, swimwear, underwear, vintage, sunglasses, candles, fragrance, discounted or sale items, and special order items are final sale.
